Who we are

Snappify ("Snappify", "we", "us", "our") is a creative and performance marketing agency founded by Mushaif Khan and based in India. We operate the website https://www.thesnappify.com (the "Website"). By using the Website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

This policy is effective from 17 October 2026.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in the enquiry form on the Website, we collect:

• Your name, brand or company name, email address, and phone / WhatsApp number
• Your business website
• The services you are interested in, your monthly marketing budget, whether you have run ads before, and how soon you want to start
• Anything you write in the message field

We also receive whatever you share when you email us or message us on Instagram or LinkedIn.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, our hosting provider and analytics tools may record technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring URL, and the date and time of your visit. We also use cookies and similar technologies, described in section 4.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and send you a confirmation of what you submitted
• To understand your business and prepare proposals, quotes, and strategy calls
• To deliver and manage services if you become a client
• To measure and improve our advertising, for example knowing when a visitor from one of our ads submits an enquiry
• To improve the Website, its content, and its security
• To send you occasional updates about our services, only where you have contacted us or agreed to hear from us. You can opt out at any time.
• To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with service providers who help us run the Website and our business, and only as much as they need to do that:

• Google (Gmail), which delivers enquiry form submissions to our inbox and sends your confirmation email
• Vercel, which hosts the Website and processes the enquiry form
• Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta Pixel described below

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or a government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Snappify, our clients, or others. Some of these providers may store or process data outside India.

4. Cookies and tracking

The Website uses the Meta Pixel, a tracking tool provided by Meta. It sets cookies (such as _fbp) and tells Meta when you view the Website and when you successfully submit the enquiry form. We use this to measure how well our Facebook and Instagram ads work and to show relevant ads to people who have visited the Website. Meta may combine this with other information it holds about you under its own privacy policy.

You can limit this tracking by:

• Blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings
• Updating your Meta ad preferences
• Using a browser extension that blocks third-party trackers

Blocking cookies will not stop you from using the Website or submitting an enquiry.

5. Data retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the length of our working relationship and any period required for accounting, tax, or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time (see section 7).

6. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Website and restricted access to our inbox. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or update inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your information
• Withdraw your consent or opt out of marketing communications

8. Children

The Website and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

The Website links to third-party sites such as Instagram and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
